Sometimes, change is only a phone call away. With our telebanking service, you can call up some change yourself!
Access the following banking facilities - 24 hours a day, seven days a week:
- obtain an account balance
- find out how much interest your savings have earned during the financial year
- transfer funds between your CUA accounts
- pay all of your bills using the convenient BPAY bill paying facility
- leave a message for CUA Direct (if calling after hours)
- make a transaction history enquiry for details on:
- your last ten transactions
- the last five cheques presented on your account
- the last five direct credits to your account
- the last five card transactions you made with your CUA electronic card (ie: your CUA VISA card or Redicard)
